Hamamatsu is located right at the center of Japan features Shizuoka Prefecture’s largest population with around 800,000 people and is government-designated city.

Located in the center of Japan, Aichi prefecture, Nagoya offers various support programs to MICE organizers plan to hold events in Japan. The city has easy access with an international airport and a well-developed railway network. There are various options of MICE venues in this region including Aichi Sky Expo, Nagoya Congress Center and Port Messe Nagoya which reopened the Exhibition Hall 1 and added a Convention Hall in October 2022.
Nagoya features many unique venues such as museums, Japanese gardens and temples. Nagoya famous for its performances featuring the historical samurai and ninja from this region. Nagoya Castle and National Treasure Inuyama Castle are remarkable UNESCO sites. Visit the newest tourist attraction, Ghibli Park which opened in November 2022 .

​Kushiro, part of Hokkaido region, is the home to two national parks, Kushiro Shitsugen National Park and Akan-Mashu National Park.

Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture Japan is a city where beautiful nature and the spirit of academic research harmonize. Known as the "City of Trees", founded by samurai feudal lord Date Masamune, and home to world class Tohoku University, Sendai is well-established as the political, economic, and cultural hub of the Tohoku region.

Chiba Prefecture harbors four cities; Chiba city, Kisarazu, Narita, and Urayasu, all certified as International Conference Tourist Cities.
Chiba city own

Fukuyama City is a core city with a population of 470,000, located in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture, almost in the center of the Seto Inland Sea.  In 1956 at Minami Park (the present day Rose Park) to boost the people spirits, a group of people decided to plant approximately 1,000 roses. This began Fukuyama’s history as “Fukuyama, the City of Roses.
"20th World Rose Convention 2025 in Fukuyama" is scheduled to be held in 2025. 

Fukuyama has excellent access from any direction and is a crossing point for transportation.
Bullet trains stop once an hour and there are two airports within one hour by bus.
